Men's Cross Country Finishes 4th in SLIAC Championships

HILLSBORO, Ill.-- The Panther Cross Country team finished fourth in the SLIAC Championships, behind Spalding, Principa, and Westminster with Nathan Young leading the team.

Young was Greenville's top finisher, crossing the finish line 4th overall. Ross Baker also had an impressive performance, coming in second for GC and finishing 10th overall.

GC finished the meet in fourth place with 83 total points. Spalding finished first with 43 points, Principia came in second with 51 points and Westminster finished third with 70 points.

Women's Cross Country Places 5th in the SLIAC Championships

Women's Cross Country Places 5th in the SLIAC Championships

HILLSBORO, Ill.-- The Lady Panther Cross Country team finished 5th overall in the SLIAC Championship, with Freshman, Molly Works leading the team across the finish line.

Works finished first for GC and 14th overall. Aubree Schreder came in second for the Panthers, placing 18th overall.

Greenville finished 5th overall, with 98 total points. Principia was first, getting just 40 total points. Coming the second, third and fourth were Westminster, Fontbonne, and Webster with 58, 75, 82 points respectively.
