Panthers Shoot Past St. Louis College of Pharmacy

ST. LOUIS, Mo.-- The GC Men's Basketball team defeated the St. Louis College of Pharmacy, 119-80 on the road.

Offensively, GC had many players contribute to the win, with 13 different men scoring points for the team. Alex Mumphard recorded 29 points for Greenville, leading the team in scoring. Anthony Meztler scored 19 points for the Panthers, the second most for any GC player in the game. MarQuel Jones and Ben Giertz each had 4 assists in the game.

Defensively, Greenville ended the game with 33 rebounds and 14 steals. Tevin Rollins was a huge defensive presence for GC, recording 14 defensive rebounds, 4 blocks, and 4 steals.

St. Louis College of Pharmacy was led by Clayton Earhart, who scored 30 points and recorded 5 rebounds in the game.

The Panthers will play away once again Thursday, Nov. 29th when they take on SLIAC opponent Principia College at 8:00pm.

GC Women's Basketball Dominates St. Louis College of Pharmacy

ST. LOUIS, Mo.-- The Lady Panthers traveled to St. Louis and came away with a big road win, 73-39 against the St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

Laura Hobbie and Katelyn Wise led the team in scoring, with 16 and 15 total points, respectively. Ieisha Adams also had an impressive game, scoring 13 points, recording 7 assists, and making 4 blocks. Hobbie, Wise, and Kayla Hyde each had 5 rebounds in the game to add to the Panther's defensive strength.

The St. Louis College of Pharmacy was led by Emi Santhuff on offense, with 13 points, and by Allie Farr on defense, who picked up 5 rebounds, 2 blocks, and a steal.

 This bring the Greenville's record to 3-1. The women will take on Principia on the road Thursday, Nov. 29, in their first Conference game of the season.
